A technical SEO audit from CICOR Marketing tells you, in one document, whether your website is holding your marketing back. We crawl the whole site and score it across SEO, structured data, indexing, speed, accessibility, and AI search access, then turn the findings into a fix list sorted by what matters most. The audit is a fixed fee scoped by the size of your site, and you can act on the report with us or with your own developer.

A two-location law firm launches a new website in the spring. By summer the phone is quieter, and the firm is about to spend more on ads to make up for it. An audit finds the developer left half the site marked as not to be indexed, so Google dropped those pages. No amount of ad spend would have fixed that.

The firm is made up. The pattern is not. Content and ads sit on top of the website. If Google and AI crawlers cannot read the site, or if it loads too slowly to keep a visitor, everything built on top of it underperforms. The audit answers one question before you spend: is the site ready?

Who It Fits

Who this is for, and who it is not

This audit fits an owner who has just launched or redesigned a site, an owner whose traffic dropped and nobody can say why, and an owner about to start SEO, content, or ads and wants a clean base first. It also fits a marketing lead who needs a written fix list to hand to a developer. It is the diagnostic service in the Get Found group.

It is not the right fit if your site has more than 500 pages or is a large online store. Those need a scoped review, and we will quote it after a short call. It is also not a content review: the audit tells you what Google can read, not whether the writing is any good.

What Is Included

What is included

DIAGNOSIS

Full crawl and technical review

We crawl every page and check indexing, sitemaps, robots rules, canonical tags, redirects, speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile display, and accessibility basics.

PLANNING

Structured data review and schema coverage map

Schema markup is the code that tells Google and AI platforms what a page is about.

FOUNDATION

AI search access review

We check whether AI crawlers can reach your site, whether you publish an llms.txt file, and whether your key pages carry an answer an AI platform could lift and quote.

REPORTING

Scored report with Critical, Warning, and Opportunity findings

Every finding gets a severity: Critical means it is costing you visibility now, Warning means it will, and Opportunity means it is a gain you are leaving on the table.

EXECUTION

Prioritized fix list with estimated effort

The findings become a list in the order to fix them, with the effort for each item. You can hand it to any developer.

MEASUREMENT

One review call

We walk through the findings with you, answer questions, and agree on what to do first.

How We Work

How it works

1. Order and access. You order the audit, and we ask for read access to your site, Google Search Console, and analytics.

2. Five to seven business days. We run the crawl, score the site, and write the report.

3. The review call. We go through the findings together and agree on the fix order.

4. Remediation, if you want it. We quote the fixes from the list as a fixed-scope project, or the fixes can be handled inside an SEO plan. See Search Engine Optimization for what a plan covers.

The audit reflects the site on the day it is run. If someone changes the site afterward, those changes are not covered.

Why It Matters

Why CICOR Marketing for a technical audit

We audit sites the way we build them. Every site we build follows the Digital Authority System, and the audit checks a site against that same standard, including the AI search access category most audits do not have. CICOR Marketing has worked in marketing and IT since 1997, and technical SEO and structured data are two of the areas the team knows best.

If the audit shows the site needs more than fixes, we say so. A site with a broken structure is often better rebuilt than patched, and Website Design and Development covers redesign and migration without losing rankings.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

A technical SEO audit is a review of everything on a website that affects whether search engines and AI platforms can find, read, and trust it. It covers indexing, site speed, mobile display, redirects, schema markup, and crawler access. CICOR Marketing delivers it as a scored report with a fix list sorted by priority, so you know what to fix first and how much work each item takes.

Check three places: your robots.txt file, which can block crawlers by name; your page code, which can carry a noindex tag; and Google Search Console, which shows pages Google could not index and why. AI crawlers such as GPTBot follow the same robots rules. A technical SEO audit from CICOR Marketing checks all three and reports exactly which crawlers are blocked and where.

A technical SEO audit from CICOR Marketing is a fixed fee scoped by the size of the site: a small site up to about 100 pages is one price, a site of several hundred pages is another, and larger sites and online stores are scoped after a short call. The fee includes the crawl, the scored report, the fix list, and a review call. Ask any audit provider what is checked and whether a person reads the results.

Ready When You Are

Get the fix list before you spend another dollar

The audit takes five to seven business days and ends with a document you own. Some owners hand it to their developer and never call us again, and that is a fine outcome. Others use it as the start of an SEO plan. Either way, you will know what the site is doing to your marketing before you spend more on top of it.
