AI training and enablement from CICOR Marketing teaches a team which AI tool to use for what, how to prompt it, what never to paste into it, and how to check the output before it reaches a customer. Sessions are live, built around your own work, and grouped by role. Your team keeps a written playbook, leadership gets a draft AI use policy, and office hours run for 30 days after the sessions. Book a single two-hour session for up to 15 people, or the full enablement program for the whole company.

Someone on your team is already using ChatGPT. Maybe for emails, maybe for a proposal, maybe with a client’s file pasted in. You did not decide that. It happened because the tool is free and the work is heavy.

Training is how you take that back. Banning the tools does not work. Deciding which ones are approved, what may go into them, and who checks what comes out does. When those three things are clear, AI stops being a risk and starts being a habit.

Who It Fits

Who this is for, and who it is not

This service, one of eight in our AI Services group, fits owners and managers of teams from about five to 50 people whose staff write, quote, schedule, or answer questions all day: offices, practices, agencies, and trades companies. It fits a team that has never used AI and a team that is already using it without rules.

It is not the right first step if leadership has not decided where AI fits. Start with the AI Strategy and Readiness Assessment so the training teaches the workflows you actually chose. And if what you need is an assistant built rather than people trained, that is AI Implementation and Workflow Design. Training also runs inside our Consulting practice for leadership teams that want it alongside a marketing plan.

What Is Included

What is included

PLANNING

Training plan by role

The front desk and the estimator do not need the same session. We look at what each role does all day and plan the exercises around it, so people practice on the emails, quotes, and reports they will write tomorrow.

ENABLEMENT

Live sessions with hands-on exercises

Sessions run two hours, virtual or on site, for up to 15 people. Everyone works in the tools during the session, on real examples from your business, with a person from CICOR Marketing watching the output and correcting it live.

LEADERSHIP

Team playbook

Your team keeps a written playbook: the approved tools, the prompt patterns that worked in the session, the do and do not rules, and a review checklist to run before anything goes to a customer. New hires read it on day one.

FOUNDATION

AI use policy draft

We draft an AI use policy for leadership to approve: approved tools, what may never be entered, who reviews output, and who owns the policy. Your attorney reviews it. We write it in plain language so people follow it.

EXECUTION

Follow-up office hours for 30 days

The questions show up in week three, when someone hits a case the session did not cover. Office hours are open for 30 days after the last session so those questions get answered before bad habits form.

NEXT STEP

Not Sure Which Piece You Need?

Tell us what is not working. CICOR Marketing recommends the right scope, with a plan before any spend.

How We Work

How it works

The program runs in three stages, and a single session follows the same shape at smaller scale.

1. Plan, two to three weeks. We talk with a manager or two, look at the work each role does, pick the exercises, and set the session dates on your schedule.

2. Sessions. Each one runs two hours for up to 15 people, virtual or at your location. The program includes three sessions, usually split by role.

3. Playbook, policy, and office hours. The playbook and the policy draft arrive after the last session, and office hours stay open for 30 days.

Consider a 12-person independent insurance agency, an illustrative example rather than a client result. Service staff answer policy questions and write renewal emails; producers write proposals. Session one teaches the service team to draft client emails from policy notes without pasting policy numbers or personal details into a public tool. Session two teaches producers to draft proposals from a template. The playbook rule everyone keeps: no client identifiers in a public tool, and every draft gets read before it sends.

Why It Matters

Why CICOR Marketing for AI training

We train on what we use every day. CICOR Marketing runs its own work on Claude, ChatGPT, HubSpot, and ClickUp, and a person reviews every deliverable before it reaches a client. The rules in your playbook are the rules we follow ourselves.

CICOR Marketing has worked in marketing and IT since 1997. The training is practical because the people delivering it use the tools for real work, on deadlines, with clients waiting.

The assessment picks the workflows, the build creates the assistants, and the training makes both stick. You can start at any of the three.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

To train a team to use AI safely, start with three decisions: which tools are approved, what information may never be pasted into them, and who reviews the output before it leaves the building. Then teach each role on its own work, not on generic examples, and give people a written playbook they can check later. CICOR Marketing runs this as live, hands-on sessions grouped by role, with office hours for 30 days after.

An AI use policy should name the approved tools, list the kinds of information that may never go into them (client identifiers, financial data, health records, anything under a contract), require a person to review AI output before it is used or sent, and say who owns the policy and how often it is reviewed. CICOR Marketing drafts the policy as part of the enablement program. Your attorney reviews it before leadership signs it.

Yes. CICOR Marketing offers live AI workshops for businesses, virtual or on site, as two-hour sessions for up to 15 people, or as a full enablement program with three sessions, a team playbook, and a use policy draft. Each is a fixed fee quoted before the first call. Sessions use your own workflows as the exercises. Travel outside Tampa Bay and Chicagoland is passed through at cost.

A session from CICOR Marketing is one two-hour workshop for up to 15 people on one set of tasks. Each has its own fixed fee. A single session fits one team with one job. The program fits a company that wants rules and habits across every role.

Ready When You Are

Make AI a habit your team can defend

A team that uses AI well and a team that gets burned by it usually have the same tools. The difference is whether anyone wrote down the rules and practiced them. Two hours with the right exercises does that for one team. The program does it for the whole company. Either way, your people leave with a playbook and a number to call for 30 days.
