A lead generation campaign from CICOR Marketing is a fixed-length program built to produce qualified opportunities for one offer. We define the buyer, write the offer, build the landing page and lead form, run the channels that reach that buyer, and set up the follow-up sequence that keeps each lead warm until your team calls. Leads land in your CRM. Every campaign has a start date, an end date, and a target cost per lead it is measured against, and each one is quoted from its channel mix and creative.

Most owners we talk to have tried the pieces one at a time. An ad campaign that brought clicks and no calls. A landing page nobody sent traffic to. An email list that went quiet. None of them was a campaign.

A campaign starts from the other end: who the buyer is, what would make them raise a hand, and the shortest path from an ad or an email to a booked conversation. Then every piece is built to serve that path.

Lead generation is one part of the Fill the Pipeline group, and it borrows from the rest. The ads come from Google Ads Management and Paid Social, Display and Local Services Ads. The page and the follow-up come from the services below.

Who It Fits

Who this is for, and who it is not

This service fits a business with one clear offer and a sales team, or an owner, who will call the leads it produces: a commercial contractor, a business-to-business service firm, a practice launching a new service, or a company entering a new market. It fits a longer sales cycle, because the follow-up sequence and account-based targeting are built for buyers who take weeks to decide.

It is not the right fit for a business that wants leads without an offer, or one with no one to answer them within a day. A campaign makes an offer visible; it cannot make a weak offer strong.

In practice: a commercial roofing company wants more property management clients. We write an offer (a free roof condition report for buildings over 20,000 square feet), build a landing page with a short form, run LinkedIn and search ads to property managers in two counties, and set a five-email follow-up that goes out over three weeks. Leads land in the company’s CRM with a call script for the estimator. This example is illustrative, not a client result.

What Is Included

What is included

PLANNING

Campaign strategy and a target number

We define the audience, the offer, the message, the channel plan, and the target cost per lead before anything is built. You approve that plan, and every weekly readout is measured against it.

BUILD

Landing page and lead form

Every campaign gets its own page, built for one offer and one action, with a form that asks only what the follow-up needs.

CREATIVE

Ad creative and the email sequence

We write the ads for the chosen channels and the email sequence that follows a lead from the form to the call. Static graphics are included. Video is quoted separately.

CAMPAIGNS

Channel setup and management for the campaign period

We set up and run the channels for the length of the campaign: search, paid social, LinkedIn, display, email, or a mix. A channel that keeps running afterward moves to a monthly service agreement.

FOUNDATION

Account-based targeting for longer sales cycles

When a few dozen companies would change your year, we build the campaign around a named list.

REPORTING

Lead routing, a follow-up playbook, and the final report

Leads go straight into your CRM with the source attached, and your team gets a simple follow-up playbook: who calls, how soon, and what to say. For a full CRM build, see CRM Implementation and Integration.

How We Work

How it works

A campaign runs in four phases over 60 to 90 days.

1. Strategy and setup. We agree on the buyer, the offer, the channels, and the target cost per lead, and you approve the plan.

2. Build. We write the page, the form, the ads, and the emails, and connect the tracking and the CRM.

3. Launch and optimization. The campaign goes live. We read the numbers every week, shift budget toward what is working, and send you a short readout.

4. Reporting and handoff. The final report shows what the campaign cost, what it produced, and what we would run next. Leads and their data stay yours.

Your part: approve the plan on time, answer the leads within a day, and tell us what happened on the calls. That feedback changes the next week’s targeting.

Why It Matters

Why CICOR Marketing for lead generation

Most lead generation vendors sell you a list and a script. We build the whole path, from the first ad to the follow-up email, and measure it against one number you agreed to before launch. When the leads come in but do not close, we look at the offer and the follow-up before we ask you to spend more.

Nothing is thrown away when the campaign ends. The landing page keeps working. The sequence keeps running if you want it to. The list of engaged accounts stays in your CRM.

CICOR Marketing has worked in marketing and IT since 1997, and CICOR Marketing is a listed HubSpot Solutions Partner.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

A lead generation campaign is a fixed-length marketing program built to produce qualified leads for one offer. It combines an offer, a landing page with a lead form, the channels that reach the buyer (ads, email, or both), and a follow-up sequence that keeps each lead warm until a salesperson calls. Unlike ongoing ad management, a campaign has a start date, an end date, and a target cost per lead.

To get more B2B leads, start with one offer a specific buyer would trade their contact details for, such as an assessment, a report, or a price guide. Put it on its own landing page, reach that buyer on the channels they use (LinkedIn and search are common), and follow up by email and phone within a day.

Account-based marketing is a way of running campaigns at a named list of companies instead of a broad audience. You pick the accounts that would matter most, show their decision makers a message written for them on the channels they use, and track which accounts engage. It fits business-to-business firms with long sales cycles and a clear ideal client. CICOR Marketing adds account-based targeting to a lead generation campaign when the list is worth building.

Lead generation campaigns from CICOR Marketing are quoted per campaign, and the number moves with three things: the channels the campaign runs on, the creative it needs, and how long it runs. A one-channel campaign with one landing page and one email sequence is the smallest scope. Ad spend and CRM licenses are separate. A scoped estimate follows one short call about the buyer and the offer.

Ready When You Are

Decide what a hand raised would be worth to you

Before the first call, think about one thing: what is a booked conversation with your ideal buyer worth to your business? That number sets the target the campaign is built around. Send us the buyer and the offer, and we will come back with a plan and a scoped estimate.
