Build and Convert
Who this is for, and who it is not
Website redesign and migration from CICOR Marketing replaces an old website without losing the rankings, links, and content it has earned. Before design starts, we inventory every indexed page and every term the site ranks for, decide what to keep, map every old address to a new one, and move your blog intact. The new site launches on WordPress with SEO on every page, advanced schema, and AI access built in, and we compare it against a pre-launch baseline for 30 days.
This page is for a business with a site that already exists, and often already ranks, that needs a rebuild. It is part of the Build and Convert group. With no site yet, or nothing worth keeping, Website Design and Development is the simpler start.
It is not the fit if the site is fine and one thing is broken; a Technical SEO Audit finds that thing without a rebuild. If the site ranks well but converts poorly, Landing Pages and Conversion Rate Optimization may be the smaller move.

How the migration protects your rankings
A redesign hurts search traffic when something Google counted on disappears: an address with no redirect, a deleted post that ranked, a theme that blocks crawlers. The migration work prevents all three.
1. Inventory. We list every indexed page, every term the site ranks for, every link pointing at it, and every piece of content that earns traffic.
2. Keep, merge, rewrite, or retire. Every page gets one of those four decisions, in writing, before design starts.
3. Redirect map. Every old address is mapped to its new home, and every redirect is set and tested before launch.
4. Blog moved intact. Posts move with their categories, authors, dates, images, and metadata, checked post by post.
5. Baseline comparison. We record rankings before launch and compare the new site against that baseline for 30 days after, so “did the redesign hurt us” has a documented answer.
We cannot promise a ranking, and we do not recover rankings lost before the project began. This is the work Search Engine Optimization clients pay for later when a redesign skipped it.
