How it works

1. Month one. Strategy, platform setup or cleanup, the post style, and the first calendar for your approval.

2. Month two onward. Posts arrive for approval by the 25th of the prior month, get scheduled once approved, and go out through the month. Google Business Profile updates run on the same calendar.

3. Every month. The analytics summary, and a short check-in on what to change.

Your accounts stay yours. We work through admin or partner access, and you keep ownership of every account and every post.

Yes. Every post is delivered for your approval by the 25th of the month before it runs, and nothing is scheduled until you approve it. Most owners review the whole calendar in one sitting. You can approve it as is, ask for changes, or swap in something that happened that week. Once approved, the accuracy of any claim in a post is your responsibility, so we keep claims plain.
